Deep- the musical 2.0 is an interdisciplinary theatre project about the mysterious lives of deep-sea creatures. The project invites artists from various fields (acting, dance, music, puppetry, plastic art and scenography) to weave stories of the underworld creatures and to artistically investigate the impact of plastic on the marine life. The project also strives to establish a sustainable, environmentally conscious theatre discipline by inventing creative uses of recycled plastic in site-specific theatre making.
